Summary
Dungeon Odyssey is a dark fantasy dungeon manhwa set in a world where humanity once fought a massive war against the underground labyrinths. After the conflict ended, children born from the dungeons, known as “Dungeon Babies,” inherited supernatural abilities and a natural connection to the underground world. Kim Jinwoo, one of these Dungeon Babies, suppresses his instincts and tries to live peacefully on the surface while working as a dungeon guide and caring for his family. However, everything changes when a failed expedition leads him deep underground, where he discovers an abandoned Naga labyrinth that recognizes him as its new master.
As Jinwoo becomes the ruler of the labyrinth, he begins rebuilding it while managing monsters, resources, and underground territory conflicts. Unlike traditional dungeon stories focused purely on combat, the series blends kingdom-building, strategy, survival, and dungeon management mechanics with strong world building and stylized art. Through alliances, battles, and exploration of the abyss, Jinwoo gradually uncovers the secrets of the underground world and his own identity as a Dungeon Baby.
